Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points per person and are confirmed only in a written proposal issued by your travel manager.
Confirmation and payment
A journey is confirmed when you accept a written proposal and the deposit stated in it has been received. Payment terms, deadlines and any supplier-specific conditions are set out in that proposal.
Changes and cancellations
Changes requested after confirmation are subject to supplier availability and may carry charges. Cancellation terms follow the conditions of the individual hotels, airlines and operators in your itinerary and are disclosed before you confirm.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any required health documentation. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and disruption.
Our role
Veloriva Journeys acts as a travel manager arranging services with independent suppliers. We select suppliers with care and manage your journey throughout, but the services themselves are delivered under each supplier's own terms.
