Your information is used solely to prepare and manage your travel proposal, to arrange bookings with our suppliers on your instruction, and to respond to your questions. We do not sell personal information.
Suppliers
To arrange a journey we share only what is necessary with the hotels, guides, drivers and airlines involved in your itinerary. Each supplier receives the minimum information required to deliver the service.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry records are retained while your journey is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for service history. You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your information by contacting our team.
Security
Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorised Veloriva travel managers can read them, and access is logged.
